PURPOSE:To obtain an aqueous solution of complex vitamin having a slight reduction in activity of vitamin B12 even by long-term preservation by adding polydextrose to an aqueous solution of complex vitamin containing vitamin B12. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution of complex vitamin containing vitamin B12 is blended with 1-20 w/v% polydextrose and adjusted to pH 3.5-6 to give the title aqueous solution. When polydextrose is added as a stabilizer, vitamin B12 especially containing B1 can be stabilized and vitamin B12 sufficiently shows effects on malignant anemia, nerval disease, liver cirrhosis, asthenopia, etc. |
