The present certificate of addition to patent 8802191 consists of the installation and the process for assembling mattresses, these being divided into various clearly defined zones or stages, especially, firstly, the supply via their corresponding reels of the material to be located between the spring casing of the mattress and the visible cover, said material being uniformly constituted by superposition of a number of laminar elements. The second stage of the installation consists of the entrainment unit, advance to the preset measurement and subsequent cutting. The third stage constitutes the unit for transferring the cut material and displacement of said material to the folding unit, and also the adding of adhesive onto said material. The fourth stage consists of the supply by the automaton (robot) of spring casings for these to be mounted via both faces, with intermediate turning-over and subsequent withdrawal from the production line. <IMAGE>
