1. Process of preparation of an agro-alimentary product, consists many alimentary matters strata meadow backed inserted in between paste sheets of a 0,5 mm thickness half backed and superposed. These strata of product are composed of : - Sheet of paste - Chicken - Sheet of paste - Onion and persley sauce - Sheet of paste - Egg - Sheet of paste - Minced meat - Sheet of paste - Chicken added to onion and persley sauce - Sheet of paste The whole is let in the oven for about 12 minutes. |
