The circuit includes a multiplexer having a log gate for eliminating 3-state. NAND gate group comprisng a certain number of NAND gate corresponding to the number of data transmitted from a data controller (20), a video signal transmitter (30) and an input unit (40) is composed of 8-NAND gate groups (NG0-NG7) for meeting the 8- bit signal. Multi-input NAND gates (N0-N7) for transmitting 8-bit signal has terminals to which 1-bit signal of input data is applied and to which a multi-plexer (50) is connected.
