CONSTITUTION:When the light 3 irradiated from the headlight of a vehicle behind is in high beam state, the light 3 is reflected by the room mirror of a vehicle ahead, and a driver of the vehicle ahead is dazzled. In this case, the signal 7 such as the rearward lumination is outputted from the vehicle ahead, and the light dimming demand for the selection to the low light beam is performed for a driver of succeeding vehicle. For example, the characters, drawings, or marks 9 showing 'Dim Light' are arranged at proper positions on a car body 8 illuminated by the high beam light, and the marks, etc., are covered by a hood 12.
