<p>PURPOSE:To completely protect a component part of low heat-resisting property from the heat generated when a soldering work is conducted using a simple means by a method wherein the synthetic resin component part, to be soldered before and after the reflow of solder, is covered by a freely detachable heat- resisting protective material. CONSTITUTION:The upper and the side surfaces of the knob 3 of the synthetic resin component part of the electronic part 2 such as as rotary variable resistor and the like, are covered by the metal heat-resisting member 10a to be engaged with the notched engaging part 6c of a mounting plate 6 before and after the reflow of solder using the engaging projection 11a of the elastic projecting piece through the intermediary of soldering paste 8. As a result, the transfer of the heat, generated when a soldering work is conducted, directly to the knob can be prevented, and even when the heat is directly transferred to the knob, it can be radiated excellently. As a result, the component part of low heat-resisting property can be protected completely from the heat generated when a soldering work is conducted using a simple method.</p> |
