<p>The invention concerns a dimethylisosorbit-containing agent for the permanent setting or removal of hair, based on a keratin-reducing mercapto compound. Also described is a process for the permanent setting or removal of hair using this agent. The cosmetic agent is free from unpleasant mercaptan or ammonia odours and is highly efficient for hair setting.</p> |
