PURPOSE:To mold a molded product having a large number of cylindrical hollow parts by making use of a mold of simple structure, by a method wherein after extrusion molding of a molded material having a plurality of partly notched cylindrical bodies extending over the whole length, notched parts of the notched cylindrical bodies are fused together thermally. CONSTITUTION:After extrusion molding of a molded material 2 having a plurality of partly notched cylindrical bodies 1 extending over the whole length, notched parts 4 of the notched cylindrical bodies 1 are fused together thermally and a cylindrical hollow part 3 is formed. As the molded material 2 obtained through the extrusion molding is constituted of the notched cylindrical body 1 obtained by opening the cylindrical hollow part 3 into a plane state and doesn' t have the hollow part, structure of a mold can be simplified. Then the notched cylindrical body 1 also can be made a cylindrical hollow part 3 through a simple method such as hot fusion of the molded materials 2. A molded product also having a plurality of cylindrical hollow part 3 can de molded easily. |
