PURPOSE:To enable secured connection between a vane and strap rings to be easily performed by arc welding by providing the connected portions of the vane and both or one of the strap rings with sections protruding toward the axis of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A vane 20 and, for example, both of strap rings 30 and 40 are provided with projections 21, 31 and 41. As a result, complete fusion can be performed since arcs are concentrated on the projections during welding. Even when only one of the strap rings 30 and 40, for example only the inner strap ring 30, is provided with a projection 31, the projection 31 melts enabling it to be fused in such a manner as to cover the vane 20. |
