CONSTITUTION:The test transmitter/receiver 4a is provided in the neighborhood of the terminating part of a leakage coaxial cable LCX3a, and the output sig nal of a transmitter 1a is propagated to the LCX3a through a distributer 2a, and the level of a wave radiated as a leakage wave is detect at the terminating part. Similarly, the test transmitter/receiver 4c is provided in the neighborhood of the terminating part of an LCX3c, and the output signal of a transmitter 1b is propagated to the LCX3c through a distributer 2b, and is radiated as the leakage wave at the terminating part, and the level of the leakage wave is detected, The test transmitter/receiver 4b is provided near the center of an LCX3b, and both output signals of the transmitter 1a, and the transmitter 1b are propagated to the LCX3b through the distibuter 2a and 2b, respectively, and the level of the wave radiated as the leakage wave is detected.
