PURPOSE:To simultaneously execute communication to plural protocols, and to share resources by executing a response to plural protocols, and a code conversion in accordance with the state of an application program. CONSTITUTION:A plural protocols control processor 3 and a communication protocol control processor 4 are started by a start request from an application program 5, and can execute communication to plural other stations, a control of plural protocols, and a code conversion. The application program 5 sets communication information to the communication protocol control processor 4. Communication information consists of the designation of a transmission program for showing which protocol is used for executing the communication, a receiving reservation for showing to which other station the communication is executed preferentially, the designation of a designated station for showing the designation for executing the communication to only plural sets of designated stations, and the designation of each separated other station protocol for showing the designation of a protocol to each other station.
