PURPOSE:To accurately grasp temperature variation at specific positions by specifying the specific positions of an object of measurement successively and drawing and displaying a graph of the temperature variation at the specific position. CONSTITUTION:An infrared-ray video signal from a camera part 1 is stored in an image memory 5 through an A-D converter 2 and a writing circuit 4. Image data and cursor patterns stored in the image memory 5 and a cursor memory 10 are read out by reading circuits 6 and 13 in a synchronism with the screen scanning of a display device 9 and put together by a composing circuit 7. Temperature distribution images having specific time intervals are stored in an image memory part 14. Temperature distribution images at specific positions which are stored are specified by a cursor position specifying circuit 11, read out through a reading circuit 16, and inputted to a graph display mem ory 20. Consequently, temperature variation at a specific position is drawn and displayed as a graph.
