A known luminaire (1) has power supply lines (27, 29) running outside the supports (20, 24). A start of a vertical telescopic support (20) is connected to a base (21), and an end is connected at right angles to a horizontal support (24) by means of a connecting piece (22) and has a lamp (26) at one end. It is achieved by the invention that the power supply lines (27, 29) run inside the supports (20, 24). The vertical telescopic support (20) is connected to the start of the horizontal support (24). In one embodiment of the invention, a luminaire (9) respectively has a further support (33, 43) parallel to the supports (20, 24) and serve as power supply lines (27, 29).
