PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of construction work as well as shorten the period of construction by a method in which a slip inhibitor is hung down into sea by a crane, a floating caisson is introduced onto the slip inhibitor, and the slip inhibitor is fixed to the bottom of the caisson being floated. CONSTITUTION:A slip inhibitor 2 mounted on a base ship 1 is hung down by an offshore crane 3 into sea, and a caisson 4 is introduced onto the inhibitor 2. A float 7 on the tip of a reinforcing core wire 5 is pulled up and fixed to a fixing metal 8 on the top of the caisson 4. Also, the other core wire 5 is altogether hung down by the crane 3 through a beam 6, the slip inhibitor 2 is tensed and set to the bottom of the caisson 4, and the wire 5 is fixed to the metal 8. The caisson 4 having the inhibitor 2 set to its bottom is filled with ballast and landed on the seabed foundation.
