PURPOSE:To prevent the thickness deviation of a finished good by arranging plural distance gages measuring the distance between the outer face and inner face of a container and a stem on the stem outer face and by providing the moving means of the container position. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical distance detecting part 3 is provided co-axially at the tip part of a stem 2 and plural distance gages 4x1, 4x2, 4y1, 4y2, etc., are provided in the two directions intersecting at right angles with the axial core direction and intersecting at right angles each other on the outer peripheral part thereof. Plural hydraulic jacks 5x1, 5x2, 5y1, 5y2, etc., are arranged in the direction intersecting at right angles with the axial core direction and intersecting at right angles each other on the same peripheral face on the outer peripheral face of a container 1. The distance between the stem 2 and container 1 surface is measured by the distance gages 4x1, 4y1, etc., and based on the result the eccentricity amount is calculated and a simple and correct eccentricity correction is performed by a correction devices 5y1, 5y2, etc. The thickness deviation of the finished article can therefore be prevented.
