摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an economical core which does not have a displacement by emitting a laser beam to the surfaces of a plurality of laminated core blank plates to integrate the plate by welding. CONSTITUTION:When a laser beam is emitted from one side surface of core blank plates, the core blank plates are welded to each other at laser beam emitted portions 3 to integrate the core 1. When the welded portions 3 are disposed in one row parallel to the rolling directions of the core, the length of the welded portions 3 may be linearly over the entire length of the core, the portions 3 may be disposed at random in point state or two portions 3 may be provided near the both longitudinal ends. When the portions 3 are formed more than two rows, a circuit of circulating currents is formed. Therefore, the portions 3 must be always formed in one row. Since the blank plates of the number to be laminated simultaneously are integrated by welding with the laser beam, the core of one layer having no displacement is formed to obtain the core having stable magnetic characteristics and to shorten the working steps of laminating the core.
