PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly of a roller by installing a radial ball bearing onto the inside of a roller sleeve arranged on the inner periphery of a rubber roller and assembling a flange collar having a flange which contacts the dustproof part of the bearing and the rubber roller into the roller sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A roller sleeve 7 is fitted onto the inner periphery of a rubber roller 6, and a radial ball bearing 3 is installed at the inside center part of the roller sleeve 7. The dustproof part 8h of the bearing 3 is formed at one edge of a flange collar 8 and a flange 8a which contacts the edge surface of the rubber roller 6 is formed at the other edge, and said flange collar 8 is inserted inside from the both edges of the rubber sleeve 7. With such constitution, the rubber roller 6 and the roller sleeve 7 can be formed integrally without carrying out the insertion molding, and the bearing 3 can be made dustproof without making the structure complicated, and the roller can be assembled easily.
