PURPOSE:To lift an outerboard machine without associating a large rotary stroke by forming upper and lower guide rails on a guide bracket, then engaging the upper and lower guide rollers of a supporting bracket with said guide rails and thereafter securing the outerboard machine to said supporting bracket. CONSTITUTION:When an outerboard machine 7 is contained while being tilted up, a tilt cylinder 11 is stretched and supporting bracket 6 is subjected to an obliquely upward push-up force. Consequently, upper and lower guide rollers 9, 10 while lift along the upper and lower guide rails 4, 5. Since the upper and lower guide rails 4, 5 are inclined and the inclination angle of the lower guide rail 5 is small, the outerboard machine 7 is entirely lifted while rotating the lower end section of the outerboard machine 7 rearwardly through the supporting bracket 6 and containing as shown by the dash and dot line. when a driftwood will collide against the lower end section of the outerboard 7 under sailing to cause kickup, the driftwood is passed below the outerboard machine through a small rotary stroke at the lower end section of the outerboard machine 7. |
