<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a device having interactive voice message forming method easy to use by guiding a caller to input voice message for each item according to plural receiving and answering patterns stored beforehand. CONSTITUTION:A deciding section 140 detects a blank by a blank detecting circuit 141 according to an indication of a controlling section 170, and when the voice is not blank and a caller gave an answer to a guide message, the content of the answer is encoded by a speech recognizing circuit 142 and sent to an answer processing section 160. After receiving information from the deciding section 140, the answer processing section 160 sends it to the caller through an output interface section 120, and a circuit 130 according to command of the controlling section 170 based on already read receiving and answering pattern, or when necessary, reading out a new receiving and answering pattern from a receiving and answering pattern storage section 153, or if necessary, reading out guide voice message from a guide voice storage section 151. Every time the caller makes a pause in the message, or following indication of the caller by voice, inputting of voice message is urged interactively.</p> |
