PURPOSE:To reduce the side movement of a clad bar material and to increase a product dimensional accuracy by providing a friction beam material between a rewinding reel and press-contact rolling roll and by performing the press contact rolling with sliding the cladding metallic bar material to the friction beam material. CONSTITUTION:A stationary friction beam materials 11, 12 are provided between a rewinding reel 3 and groove guide plate 6 and a clad bar material 4 is slided by making the roughness of the surface thereof rough. A friction resistance is caused against the clad bar material 4 being varied in the width direction and the width of the side movement is reduced by absorbing and converging the displacement fluctuation thereof and by giving a centripetal force against the side movement in the width direction by the rotation of the rewinding reel 3 as well.
