PURPOSE:To decrease the quantity of the control data, the number of control processes of a parts list and the number of replacement errors, by controlling the item information, the item constitution information and the specification- based constitution information indepentently of each other. CONSTITUTION:The parts list development information on the number of an item A, the specifications X, etc. is supplied to a part list retrieving part 5 from outside. The item information is retrieved out of an item construction information storage part 3. It is checked through a specification-based constitution information storage part 4 whether the constitution information is effective or not with the specifications X. Then a desired parts list is obtained at parts retrieving part 5. Thus the duplication of control items can be avoided by controlling the item information, the item constitution information and the specification-based constitution information independently of each other. |
