PURPOSE:To improve the workability and to reduce the cost by forming a circular arc part on a horizontal flange after forming with drawing by a press the upper wall and side wall, then by inserting the cap with elastic hook and by deforming with pressing the circular arc part as well. CONSTITUTION:The metallic plane material of a tin plate, etc. is first formed with pressing by two cutting lines concentrically. The upper wall 1g, side wall 1h and horizontal flange 1i are then formed with the drawing forming of the center part of the inner side cutting line. An annular pick 1k and crest-shaped projection bar 1l are formed on the upper wall 1g further. A enclosing member 1 is then taken out by cutting with press the outer edge of the horizontal flange 1i. A cap unit 6 is completed by deforming the circular arc part 1m by inserting the cap 2 with elastic hook into the horizontal flange 1i which is formed in circular arc shape 1m via the inner and outer dies. With this method, the drawing formation is made easy and the improvement in the workability and reduction in the cost are enabled.
