PURPOSE:To obtain a useful waveguide device by forming a low-pass filter pattern, where a diode mount to be inserted into a waveguide is formed with a diode mount pattern and a microstrip line, on one dielectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:Diode mount patterns 12 and 12' and a low-pass filter pattern 13 are formed on one dielectric substrate 11 by etching. Diode mount patterns 12 and 12' consist of a signal frequency matching part R1, a resonance part R2, and a short part R3. The signal frequency matching part R1 attains matching to a diode 14 connected between both patterns in a signal frequency to transmit a signal to the diode 14 efficiently. Further, a diode mount pattern part R4 which is inserted into the waveguide, a part R6 brought into contact with the outside wall of the waveguide, and a connection part R7 to an external circuit are provided. This diode mount pattern 11 is built in a standard waveguide 22 to constitute a detector.
