PURPOSE:To prepare a refreshing non-viscid pear jelly having unique taste and flavor, by dividing a washed pear into 4 pieces, producing a juice therefrom, adding a jelly mix to the juice under boiling, pouring the mixture into a cup, and cooling in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:A pear is washed thoroughly, and cut into 4 pieces without removing the skin. After removing the core, the pulp is ground with a juicer to obtain pear juice. About 300pts.wt. of the juice is boiled in a pan, and added with about 75pts.wt. of a jelly mix while agitating the juice with a whisk. The obtained mixture is poured into a cup, and cooled in a refrigerator for about 40min to gelatinize the juice. |
