<p>PURPOSE:To decrease unnecessary consumption of air by controlling an air blowing-off quantity to the most suitable value in accordance with a tensile strength of a magnetic tape without always blowing off fixed air by a blowing- off member. CONSTITUTION:An attachment removing device of a magnetic tape controls a whole air blowing-off quantity of a blowing-off member with a single tensile strength sensor 7 and a blowing-off control member 8. When a tensile strength of a magnetic tape 2 is high, a tension arm 11 is shifted to the left while the lower end is connected to a tension spring 15, and this fact is detected by the tensile strength sensor 7. By the output of the tensile strength sensor 7, the blowing-off control member 8 is controlled so that the blowing-off member 4 may blow off a large quantity of air, and to the contrary, when the tensile strength of the magnetic tape 2 is low, the fact is detected by the tensile strength sensor 7, and the blowing-off control member 8 can decrease an air quantity blow off to the magnetic tape 2.</p> |
