PURPOSE:To present deep natural marble pattern on a molded body by a method wherein polymerization is performed under the state that film soluble in liquid polymerizable substance is interposed between base material and deep green tone marble pattern surface. CONSTITUTION:Deep green tone marble pattern is drawn on the inner surface of a molding tool in colored composition consisting in adding polymerization initiator and coloring agent (phthalocyanine green or carbon black) to monomeric mixture, which consists in dissolving polymethyl methacrylate in methyl methacrylate. Polymethyl methacrylate film having a thickness of 25mum is placed onto said inner surface in such a manner that no air exists between the film and the inner surface. In addition, base material composition consisting in adding ground quartz having mean particle diameter of 18mum (specific weight 2.65) and polymerization initiator to said monomeric mixture is poured on the film. Next, by hardening said compositions by heating, the deep marble pattern, the green pattern of which is formed in the interior of a molding, is presented on the obtained molding. |
