PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and efficiently manufacture a large quantity of concrete with stable quality by arranging a plurality of material supply devices, along a conveying route, to a conveying device which conveys a material continuously to a kneading device and also arranging a plurality of water supply devices at an interval halfway through the conveying route. SOLUTION: A conveying device 2 operating at a constant velocity is arranged to a kneading device 1. A first conveyor 2a of the conveying device 2 is equipped with a coarse aggregate 8 supply device 4, a fine aggregate 9 supply device 5 and a cement supply device 6 arranged along the conveying route of the first conveyor 2a. In addition, a water supply device 7 is provided for each of the conveyors 2a, 2b, 2c. Further, the kneading device 1 is constituted of a plurality of elements 40, each having a plurality of deformed passageways formed internally, a hopper 30 and a reducer 31. A material to be kneaded is kneaded by making it flow down using its own weight through the kneading device 1 and is discharged from the lower part of the device 1.
