发明名称 TEMPERATURE CONTROL METHOD FOR INCINERATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To keep the internal temperature of an incinerator in an optimum burning condition as well as prevent the corrosion of an air preheater and a waste heat recoverer by providing the waste heat recoverer and a bypath in the supply system of preheated air for combustion to the incinerator. CONSTITUTION:Air A for combustion from an air preheater 2 is allowed to pass through the first path 8 leading to a waste heat recoverer 7 and also through the second path 9 bypassed from the path 8. Air regulating dampers 10A and 10B are provided to these paths 9 and 8. When the heat quantity of sludge M is high, the opening degree of the damper 10A is increased, and the heat is recovered by the recoverer 7. On the contrary, when the heat quantity is low, the opening degree of the damper 10B is increased, and the amount of heat to be recovered is reduced. Since the amounts of waste gas combustion air passing through the preheater 2 can be kept constant, the temperature of the outlet of the preheater 2 can be kept at a temperature at which the low-temperature corrosion of the heating face of the preheater 2 is prevented. Since preheated air is passed through the recoverer 7, even when the temperature of the outlet is lowered, no corrosion by SOx and HCl takes place.
