PURPOSE:To actuate a plurality of actuators as desired by providing in pilot pistons of poppet valves on the meter-in side a pressure reducing valve which receives the pressure of a fluid flowing into actuators on the other side to lower the regulating pressure. CONSTITUTION:Control valves consisting of four poppet valves 19, 20, 21 and 22 and four pilot pistons 24, 25, 26 and 27 which adjust the opening degrees thereof, are provided in the same number with respect to a plurality of actuators 11 and 12, and pressure reducing valves 31 and 32 receiving the pressure of a fluid flowing into actuators on the other side. In pilot pistons 24 and 25 of poppet valves 19 and 20 on the meter-in side, are provided pressure reducing valves 31 and 32 receiving the pressure of a fluid flowing into actuators on the other side. As a result, even if actuators 11 and 12 having different loads are simultaneously actuated, the opening degree of the poppet valves which control actuators having a light load becomes small. Therefore, oil in a sufficient quantity is supplied to actuators having a heavy load, and hence it is possible to operate a plurality of actuators 11 and 12 as desired.
