PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply and inexpensively prepare a large number of nozzles, by adhering a nozzle material onto a matrix mold by dipping and curing the same before removing the cured nozzle material from the matrix mold. CONSTITUTION:A desired metal material is processed to form a punched part 2 and a matrix mold 4 is formed of plastics by molding so as to correspond to the shape and dimension of a nozzle inner wall determined on the basis of desired emitting characteristics by this punched mold 1. The matrix mold 4 is immersed in a dipping material 6 comprising molten SiO2 or quartz to adhere the dipping material 5 to the periphery of the matrix mold 4. After the dipping material 5 is adhered to the periphery of the matrix mold 4 in a predetermined thickness by plural impregnations, the impregnation work is stopped and the dipping material 5 adhered to the matrix mold 4 is cured by the predetermined curing method corresponding to the dipping material 5. Thereafter, the matrix mold 4 is dissolved to obtain a completed nozzle. |
