摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the substantial reduction of iron core loss by applying alternating magnetic flux to be used actually as a product at annealing. CONSTITUTION:An excitation coil 3 wound on an iron core 1 is connected to an alternating power source 4 by utilizing a recess 2a of a winding core 2 in order to apply an alternating magnetic flux phi to an amorphous winding iron core 1. An output part of a thermoelectric couple 5 a temperature sensor of which is buried in an attaching hole 2b of the winding core 2 is connected to a temperature control meter 6 and it is used for control of annealing temperature of an annealing furnce. Then temperature of the iron core 1 is increased to the predetermined temperature enough to remove the processing warpage and annealing is done. At the same time, the alternating magnetic flux phi which is almost the same as that to be applied actually at the time of a product is applied to the iron core 1 through the excitation coil 3. By this process, iron core loss at the rated magnetic flux density and frequency is substantially reduced.
