PURPOSE:To provide an ornamental finish having an irregular reflecting effect by sticking a granular tempered crystalline glass material having a specific grain size to the surface of a blank material on which a transparent or translucent film is coated and is not yet cured. CONSTITUTION:A paint material 2 which forms a transparent or translucent film having >=50% light transmittivity is coated on the surface of a blank material 1. The granular tempered crystalline glass material having 1-8mm. nominal size of the standard sieve specified in JIS Z-8801 is stuck over the entire surface of the film 1 while the material 2 is not cured yet and has fluidity and thereafter the material is fixed. Then the material surface having the unique irregular reflecting effect is ornamentally finished.
