PURPOSE:To enhance assembly operability of a front cover including of a spring member and to obtain easily automation of assembly by executing separately coupling of a front cover to a case main body and loading of a spring member. CONSTITUTION:After a slider 15 is made shift back and forth, interlocking with opening/closing and swaying of a front cover 6, a spring member 16 is loaded between the slider 15 and a case main body 1. By this spring member 16, the front cover 6 is swayed and energized in the closing attitude through the slider 15. Thus the spring member 16 of the front cover 6 can be assembled independently, thereby enhancing assembly operability of the front cover 6 and the spring member 16 dramatically. Moreover automation of the assembly can easily carried out.
