<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the simple and exact calculation of the official traveling expenses by using a fare deciding part to decide the fare to the data on the official traveling expenses based on the fare data and in response to said expenses data given from an official traveling expenses adjusting device via a transfer connection part. CONSTITUTION:When an input part 2 of an official traveling expenses adjusting device 1 performs an input action, the output contents are stored in an official traveling expenses data memory part 7. Then the stored traveling expenses data is supplied to a charge deciding device 20 connected via a transfer connector part 6. Thus the device 20 decides the fare in response to the traveling expenses data and based on the fare data. In such constitution, an official traveler can complete the exact calculation of traveling expenses just by properly inputting the device during the travel and showing the contents of said input contents to an adjustment section. As a result, the exact calculation of the official traveling expenses can be simply and quickly performed without using any conventional form for exact calculation (paperless operation).</p> |
