Pick-up drum for mown crop, having a number of rotating mutually parallel tine carriers which each carry a row of tines, and a supporting carrier which extends parallel thereto and which carries, via fastening bodies, individual spring-steel strips, between which the tines extend in vertically arranged planes of movement, the tine carriers executing a limited pivoting movement during the rotation, the supporting carrier (1) being a box section, the tine carriers (2) being held directly at both ends in bearings (4) which are inserted in discs 12 rotatable about a central axis, the end stubs (5), guided through the bearings (4), of the tine carriers (2) and being controlled in their pivoting movement via trailing eccentrics (7), and the spring-steel strips (6) being fastened to the supporting carrier (1) so as to allow slight angular movability. <IMAGE>
