PURPOSE:An acrylic adhesive plaster, obtained by incorporating a xanthine derivative and cyclodextrin with a plaster consisting of an acrylic adhesive material, and capable of improving the stability of a chemical to be incorporated with the above-mentioned plaster. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic adhesive plaster, obtained by incorporating (A) about 0.01-5wt%, preferably about 0.05-2wt% based on the total weight thereof, xanthine derivative, e.g. a purine base alkaloid such as caffeine, theobromine or theophylline, with (B) about 0.01-5wt%, preferably about 0.05-2wt% cyclodextrin, preferably beta-cyclodextrin at (0.1-10pts.wt.):1pts.wt. ratio between the components (A) and (B), and capable of suppressing the decomposition of chemicals to be incorporated in the above-mentioned plaster, e.g. monoglycol salicylate (anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent) or ''Diphenhydramine'' (antihistaminic agent), etc. having phenolic hydroxyl groups or amino groups reducing remarkably the contents thereof particularly with time and keeping them stable for a long period.
