PURPOSE:To facilitate a fine adjustment of coupling characteristics by attaching a dielectric member to a mobile bush which can slide in the direction parallel to a strip line as well as to a support screw which is attached to said bush and is turned vertically. CONSTITUTION:A microwave circuit substrate 16 and a substrate 18 containing a strip line 19 formed on its surface are bonded to the bottom part 7a of a cavity main body 7. A mobile bus 23 is put into a hollow part 7c and slides within the parts 7c in the direction parallel to the line 19. A dielectric member 21 is attached to the bush 23 via a support screw 22. A horizontal screw hole is drilled to the side face of the main body 7 at a position corresponding to the lengthwise direction of the part 7c. A control screw 25 is fitted to said screw hole. In such constitution, the member 21 has a minute shift in the vertical direction with revolution of the screw 22 and then has a parallel shift to the line 19 with revolution of the screw 25 respectively. |
