<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by repeatedly using a weight jig heated in a sealing furnace as in high temperature state in circulation, thereby saving energy required for cooling the heat of the jig for suppressing an article to be sealed. CONSTITUTION:A weight jig 1 is placed on a diode to be sealed inserted into an assembling jig 4, conveyed on a sealing conveyor 7, and after a glass sleeve 2 is sealed, and it is raised by weight lifting means 8 near the outlet of a sealing furnace 6. The means 8 has a cylinder type weight lifting unit 9 for grasping the jig 1 in a chuck type, and a pusher 10. Weight supplying means 12 has a cylinder type weight lifting unit 13 for grasping the jig 1 returned via a weight conveyor 11 in a chuck type, pusher 14 and a weight lowering unit 15. A weight circulating mechanism is contained in the frame 16 of a heat insulating structure to effectively utilize the thermal energy.</p> |
