PURPOSE:To improve the wettability and adhesivity of the inner surface of a blow-molded synthetic resin article, by evacuating the inside of the article in high vacuum, introducing an inert gas, and applying a high-potential high-frequency electric field to the article, thereby making the inner space to the state of plasma. CONSTITUTION:Air in the blow-molded synthetic resin article 1 such as polyvinylidene fluoride resin article, is evacuated in high vacuum and an inert gas such as nitrogen gas, etc. is introduced into the article. A high-potential high-frequency electrical field is applied to the article with external electrode 8 to make the inner space of the article to the state of plasma. The inner surface of the article can be etched by this process, resulting in the improvement in the wettability and adhesivity of the inner surface of the molded article. |
