PURPOSE:To enable to safely operate automatically a power converter in response to the sunshine amount by activating a circuit previously when operating the converter, then activating a control circuit, interrupting the control circuit when stopping the converter, and then interrupting a main circuit. CONSTITUTION:The DC of a solar battery 1 is converted by an inverter 2, and a motor 3 is driven by the inverter 2. A switch control circuit 7 inputs the output voltage of the battery 1, and controls to open or close a main circuit switch 5 and a control circuit switch 6. The control circuit 8 of the inverter 2 is composed of a power source 81 and a controller 82. When driving the motor 3, the switch 5 is closed and the switch 6 is then closed, and when stopping the motor 3, the switch 5 is opened after the switch 6 is opened. |
