PURPOSE:To eliminate the smear signal, by providing two charge transfer vertical shift registers per one line of a photoelectric transducing element group and two horizontal shift registers. CONSTITUTION:The signal charge stored in response to the incident light at a photoelectric transducing section 11 is transferred to the 1st vertical shift register 10 via a transfer gate 12 and then the 1st horizontal shift register at each horizontal line in parallel and fetched from a charge detecting section 14. Further, the charge leaked at the charge transfer is transferred to the 2nd vertical shift register 26 adjacent to the 1st vertical shift register 10, transferred to the 2nd horizontal shift register 27 and fetched from the charge detecting section 28. The signal from both the detecting sections 14, 28 is transmitted to a differential circuit 39, and the output signal eliminated from the video signal due to the leaked charge is obtained. |
