发明名称 STORAGE PART DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM FOR INFORMATION PROCESSOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten diagnostic time by dividing a storage part into plural storage blocks, writing the contents of a data register in a first storage block, outputting and writing and same storage contents successively in ascending order, and collating the last output content with that of the data register. CONSTITUTION:A storage part 4 is equalized so as to make storage blocks 1, 2, and 3. Data for test is stored in a data register 8 of a DMA control circuit 9. By the diagnostic instruction of a storage part 4 from a processor 10, the storage content of the data register 8 is outputted, and the data writing to a storage block 1 is performed. Then, the output to a data bus 11 of the data for address corresponding to the storage block 1 and the writing to the storage block 2 are performed. The storage contents are outputted and written successively in the storage block in ascending order. The output content from the last storage block 3 is collated with the data in the register 8, and the normally of the storage part 4 is diagnosed.
