PURPOSE:To maintain excellent temperature regulation by setting a time constant of a temperature regulation system to comparatively large value when a compartment temperature is under a stable state and sufficiently inhibiting the variation of a blow-off temperature, etc. by temporary disturbance under the stable state. CONSTITUTION:Arithmetical processing containing the computation of heat quantity is executed by a control circuit 24 on the basis of temperature informations of every kind from a plurality of sensors 17, 19-21 for the temperature of the outside air, water temperature, the temperature of the inside air and the temperature of insolation detecting the state of operation of the air conditioner 1 and a target temperature information from a temperature setter 23, and the inside and outside air changeover damper driving means 27, a blower driving means 28, an air mixing damper driving means 20, a blow-off changeover damper driving means 30 and a clutch 13 for driving a compressor 14 of the air conditioner 1 are controlled. Compartment inside temperature equalization processing having a large time constant is executed by the control circuit 24 while compartment inside temperature data through the equalization processing are selected as data used for computing heat quantity. |
