PURPOSE:To effectively evacuate pulverized substance in a recess inside a tank by providing a valve chest and an air chamber in the the recess both being connected to each other via a change-over valve and by making the valve body move apart from and into contact with the end of a bleeze pipe on the basis of a relative difference between inner pressures of the tank and the valve chest. CONSTITUTION:In a device described at the heading, the end of a bleeze pipe 9 is faced to a recess 24 inside a tank 21 and pulverized substance inside the tank 21 is evacuated under pressure from said pipe 9. A valve chest 31 which is closed and separately formed by a diaphragm 28 and an air chamber 33 which is defined in the separate form by a slide belt 23 are provided in the recess 24, while both of the chest and chamber 31 and 33 are made capable of being continued to or shut from each other. A valve body 29 which opens and closes said pipe 9 is attached to one open end of the diaphragm 28. Further the external end of said pipe 9 is opened and closed by one discharge valve which is disposed outside the tank 21. Based on a relative difference between the compressed air pressure inside the tank 21 and the internal pressure of the valve chest 31, the valve body 29 is made to move apart from and into contact with the end of the pipe 9 so as to effectively evacuate pulverized substance in the recess 24. |
