<p>The swim fin for subaquatic competitions, is cut-out in transverse sections and its inner edges are fixed to the fin and the outer edges are free. They can move through an angle of around 23 degrees with regard to the axis of the fin. The length of the fin is greater than the width of each section. When a single fin is used for both feet, the width is much greater than the length, as in a whale fin. Its front edge is thick and its back edge is thin and supple.</p> |
