<p>PURPOSE:To reduce time lag at starting so as to improve the feeling of a driver by shifting a clutch to a gear stage set in advance when the car speed becomes in the range of set value after releasing an acceleration pedal. CONSTITUTION:In an electronic control circuit 31, when detected that an engine revolution number is below the rated idling number by an engine revolution sensor 32, a clutch actuator 14 is operated to release a clutch 13. And in the condition where the clutch 13 is free, the car speed is monitored by a car speed sensor 23. When the car speed becomes in the range of the set value, a transmission actuator 21a is driven to shift the clutch to a gear stage set in advance, which waits for a driver to step on an acceleration pedal 26. When the acceleration pedal 26 is stepped on, a clutch actuator 14 is immediately driven to make the clutch contact. Hereby speed change time is shortened and instantaneous starting becomes possible and the feeling of the driver is improved.</p> |
