PURPOSE:To alarm the anomalous on a manufacturing process, by installing a suction cap, which sucks downward the shell plate of a can for separation, between can shell guide plates at both sides. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 6-8 are attached to a left can shell guide plate 5 in a manner that they are insulated from each other. A voltage is applied to the electrodes 6-8 which are connected to an alarming device. Guide bars 10 and 11 are attached to a right can shell guide plate 9. A can shell plate 1', whose end is neither covered completely nor fused, is sucked from below by a suction cap 12. The can shell plate 1' is detached from projections 13 and 14 thereupon, but the can shell plate 1' is brought to an electric connection to the electrodes 6-8, and an alarming device detects the occurrence of a trouble. This automatically detects and alarms a trouble when the can shell plate is easily detached downward through the suction of the suction cap. |
