摘要 PURPOSE:To simply and surely eliminate noise components included in a converted signal, by carrying out the A/D conversion of the converted signal through the use of a synchronizing pulse in synchronizing with the period of the noise components included in the converted signal. CONSTITUTION:A converted signal (x) is inputted to an A/D converter 2 via an amplifier. The converter 2 divides the signal (x) during the period T of noise component included in the signal (x) with a pulse from a clock pulse generator 4, performs N-times of A/D conversions and gives the converted output to an integration register 3 and a control to an A/D conversion number counter 5. A synchronizing pulse synchronized with the period T is inputted to a timing TM signal generator 6, which inputs a TM signal to a register 3, a circuit 5, a division circuit 7, and a square root circuit 8. The register 3 integrates the A/D-converted signals or integrates the square of them and gives the result to the circuit 7, which divides the input signal with the number of A/D-conversions N from the counter 5 to output a means value of the A/D conversion signals, and the square mean value is extracted for square root at the circuit 8 and the effective value Y is outputted.
