PURPOSE:To give versatility to the use of a die set and to improve work efficiency by installing a die set on a rotatable angle dial and permitting to set it at any position. CONSTITUTION:The press machine consists of an angle dial 5 provided on a table 2 allowing rotation and fixing,a die set 1 fixed on the dial 5 and can be positioned at will and a ram 16 of a hydraulic cylinder installed at a fixed position. The die set 1 is made up of a die holder 11, a die 12 and a punch guide 13 fixed to the holder 11 and a punch 14 held by the guide 13 allowing sliding. The ram can transmit or release driving to the punch 14, and the punch 14 is held elastically being kept off from the die 12. |
