PURPOSE:To clearly inform the reason of correction to the custormer, by providing a correction key correction errors of registration, a correction reason key indicating correction reason code and a means converting the code into message information and printing the converted message on a receipt. CONSTITUTION:A numeric information means 11 inputting such as unit price and quantity is connected to a CPU18 of an ECR registrating various transaction information via an encoder 12, and also a department subtotal key 13 including a corrected reason indication key indicating a corrected reason code A, a total key 14, and a correction key 15 are connected via a function information input means 17. Further, the CPU18 is provided with an RAM20 recording registrated data via an address counter 21, a corrected reason code discriminating means 23, a message information storag means 24, an input and output control means, and a means converting the corrected reason code with an OR gate 25, etc. into message information. The corrected reason through the conversion into message information is applied to a print section 27 and the message is printed on a receipt. |
